With Commercial property there’s less emotional attachment involved when dealing with business owners. For me, it’s all about the numbers. If they don’t stack up, I move on, just like with residential properties. 💼💰
With commercial properties, I can engage in structured conversations with agents and vendors. Building rapport is key, as I explore warehouses, shops, industrial units, light industrial units, land, and even churches! 🏭🛒🏢
Another passion of mine is working with the homeless. Over the years, I’ve rehomed over 40 families who were hit by the benefit cap and could no longer afford to live in London. West Midlands properties offer a more affordable solution, especially with supportive landlords on board. Together, we can make a difference in people’s lives. 🤝🏘
